Job Description

Assistant Manager 

We’ll train you to develop skills that will enhance your career in management. 
· Management Certification Course 
· Supervision 
· Inventory Control 
· Purchasing 
· Scheduling & Planning 
· Employee Training & Hiring 
· Compliance with OSHA & EPA Standards 
· Store & Equipment Maintenance 

You will learn excellent customer service skills and the ability to execute Jiffy Lube service procedures with every customer. Additional training to enhance your skills includes the following certifications: 
· Signature Service Training 
· Safety Training 
· Product Knowledge Training 
· Fleet Sales Certification

At least one year of management and/or retail experience is required. Criminal background check and valid driver's license also required.

Our Jiffy Lube locations are not climate controlled so our Assistant Managers must be able to enter and work in extreme hot and cold temperatures as well as tolerate exposure to fumes, chemicals and cleaning products.
