Job Description

Our Customer Service Advisors must … 

  • Be able to operate Point of Sale (POS) computer hardware and software with accuracy and acuity
  • Be able to comfortably, effectively and professionally communicate with customers. Must also be able to effectively communicate with management and other employees.
  • Be able read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Be able to lift, hold and carry 20 lbs or more throughout the shift as well as bend, climb and stand for extended periods without assistance or significant breaks
  • Be able to operate a motor vehicle with automatic and/or standard transmission

Our Customer Service Advisors maintain a courteous, enthusiastic, helpful, friendly, sincere positive attitude toward our customers and occasionally assist with the servicing of vehicles.

Our Jiffy Lube locations are not climate controlled so our Customer Service Advisors must be able to enter and work in extreme hot and cold temperatures as well as tolerate exposure to fumes, chemicals and cleaning products

Prior customer service experience in a retail environment is preferred but not necessary.
